The Story

Dreams, courage, and creation!

This is the story of a girl who decided to say yes — to building, growing, falling, rising, and finding her true calling.

A journey to prove that everything is possible when you dare to believe.

I’m ready to speak — and I want to share my story.
My entrepreneurial journey.
With one purpose:
To inspire.
To show that anything is possible.

It all began 20 years ago.
I started my very first business, working as an interior designer — creating beautiful spaces from scratch, building homes that people could truly feel at home in.

From nothing, I grew a home styling, interior design, and painting business.
I dared to start without knowing how it would end.
I sold my services, bought what was needed based on demand, and simply kept going.

Later, I opened a boutique with a businesspartner, selling shabby-chic furniture and lots of other treasures.
The location wasn’t the best, and it was tough to gain traction — but oh, how much I learned.
Then came a divorce, and everything changed.

Wanting more financial stability, I took a regular job.

But soon, frustration crept in.
In 2015, I burned out and was put on sick leave.
That’s when I made myself a promise:
I would never again be employed.

Three months of walking, thinking, and resting brought clarity.

I would use all my drive, my energy, and my courage — even when scared — to build something for myself and my children.❤️

I got a consulting job at a conference center — redesigning hotel rooms, taking care of conference guests... and even the pigs!
I loved it — but still, a longing remained:
To build something bigger.
To create something that didn’t just trade time for money.

The idea was born:
I would start a cleaning company.
And so I did.
With 1 employee, 1 car, and 1 client, we grew organically through trust and quality service.
At our peak, we had 14 employees, 5.5 million SEK in annual revenue, and over 18 million SEK had passed through the business over the years.

In the fall of 2023, the CLEAN LIFE journey came to an end.
After a tough period, I had to make the hard decision to file for bankruptcy.

It was heartbreaking, especially because CLEAN LIFE had become a true family.
Thankfully, I found a way for the business — clients and staff included — to be taken over by someone who saw the value we had built over 5.5 years.

After many tears, I was ready to turn the page.
And I will forever be grateful for the incredible people — colleagues and clients — I met along the way.

In 2020, I finally realized another dream:
To help others.
To build, to dare, to develop, and to grow.

I built a coaching and mentoring business based on my deep passion for personal growth and how our minds work — a journey I had been on myself for over a decade.
I knew I had to walk the path first if I wanted to guide others.

Every misstep, every challenge I’ve faced, every success I’ve earned — all of it taught me something.
Now I use those lessons to help others master their minds, because when you do,
you realize: everything is possible.

I’ve always invested heavily in my own growth — time, energy, and money — and I still work with mentors and coaches to push myself further.
For that, I am endlessly grateful.

Then, in the spring of 2024, something new sparked inside me:
A powerful urge to create.
To paint.
I painted my very first piece… and I was hooked.
Idea after idea poured out of me — pure expressions of the deep understanding I had gained on my own journey.

I realized:
If these paintings helped me heal and grow, maybe they could help someone else, too.

I quickly booked a gallery space — because it felt so right
and in February 2025, almost exactly one year after painting my very first piece,
I held my first art exhibition.

All it takes is a decision.

I am so proud of my journey so far —
and I know it’s only just beginning.
I’m not holding back.

This journey wouldn’t have been possible without learning these three truths:

➡️ Get support.
➡️ Dare to walk even when you're scared.
➡️ Believe in yourself.

With all my heart, I want you to know:
You don’t have to come from an entrepreneurial background.
I didn’t.
I’m just a regular girl who made decisions and have been brave enough to follow my heart!
And so can you.

With warmth and love,
// Jenny
