SHIPPING

How long will it take to receive my package?
Our delivery time is 5–12 days from when the package is shipped. We aim to dispatch packages every weekday. Please note that delays may occasionally occur due to high demand at the shipping provider.

Which couriers do you use?
We use PostNord, EarlyBirds, and CityMail to deliver our products within Sweden. For international shipping the couriers depends on wich country.

Can I return my product?
Of course, you can return your order. Please email us at jenny@jennyakeson.se to receive return instructions.

The product is out of stock — when will it be available again?
We always try to keep our stock updated so items can be ordered from our website. However, sometimes demand is higher than expected. To stay updated on when your desired product is back in stock, feel free to subscribe to our newsletter.
