2. Orders
Once you have completed your order, a confirmation will be sent to your email address. The confirmation contains all the details about your purchase, including products, prices, billing, and delivery addresses.
If there is anything wrong with the order confirmation, you must contact us immediately via email at jenny@jennyakeson.se
3. Delivery
Our standard delivery times are 5–12 business days. Please note that orders placed over the weekend will be shipped at the earliest on the following Monday.
Due to high demand at postal services, delays may occur. We kindly ask for your understanding as this is beyond our control.

Please note that additional customs and VAT charges may apply, as you are considered a private importer of the product.
4. Prices
All prices in the store are listed in SEK and include 12 or 25% VAT.
We reserve the right to change prices due to supplier price changes, misprints in the price list, or incorrect pricing information, and we reserve the right to adjust the price accordingly.
5. Right of Withdrawal
When purchasing goods from our website, you as a customer have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal starting from the day you receive your order.
5.1 If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal:
You must notify us that you wish to withdraw. Send an email to jenny@jennyakeson.se with your name, address, email, order number, and clearly state which items the return applies to.
You should return the products immediately and no later than 14 days after your notice of withdrawal.
You are responsible for the return shipping cost, and the condition of the items upon return. Therefore, the products should be well-packaged and returned in their original packaging.
We reserve the right to deduct a sum corresponding to the depreciation in value compared to the product's original value if the product is used or damaged.
5.2 The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Sealed products that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons, where the seal has been broken.

Sealed audio or video recordings where the seal has been broken.

Custom-made products specifically tailored to your wishes or clearly personalized items.

Services that have been fully performed and where you have explicitly agreed to begin the service without a right of withdrawal.

Perishable goods, such as food.

Single issues of newspapers or magazines.

6. Complaints
All products are inspected before being sent to you. If the product is still defective or incorrectly delivered, we will, in accordance with current consumer protection legislation, rectify the error at no cost to you.
You must always contact us for approval before returning a defective item.
Complaints must be made immediately after the defect is discovered.
6.1 How to make a complaint:
All defects and faults must be reported to jenny@jennyakeson.se. Include your name, address, email, order number, and a description of the issue.
If we cannot correct the issue or send a replacement product, we will refund the defective item in accordance with consumer protection law. We cover the return shipping for approved complaints.
We reserve the right to deny a complaint if the item is not considered faulty according to applicable consumer protection laws. In the case of disputes, we follow the recommendations from the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN), see arn.se.
7. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for indirect damages that may arise from the product.
We accept no responsibility for delays or errors caused by circumstances beyond our control (Force Majeure). These circumstances may include labor disputes, fires, wars, governmental actions, reduced or missing deliveries from suppliers.
Furthermore, we are not responsible for any changes in products or product characteristics that have been changed by the respective supplier or for other factors beyond our control.
8. Product Information
We reserve the right for any typographical errors on this website and for sold-out products. We do not guarantee that product images accurately represent the exact appearance of the items, as some color variations may occur due to screen settings, photo quality, and resolution. We always aim to display the products as accurately as possible.
9. Cookies
According to the Electronic Communications Act, visitors to a website must be informed that cookies are used. The information in a cookie can be used to track a user's browsing. A cookie is a small text file that the website you visit requests to save on your computer to access various functions. You can set your browser to automatically deny cookies. We use Klarna as our payment service provider.

We use PostNord as our shipping provider.
