These are classic words with so much meaning. If you want to get to know yourself you have to be willing to feel all feelings and learn not to be afraid of them. I think that to be able to know yourself more and more you have to dive deep inwards, to really get into the core of you. And that can be painful, but on the othet side of the pain it is freedom and bliss.
